Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing or process analysis role.
Proven expertise in system testing methodologies and process improvement techniques.




Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
