It's all about... the Job
This is far more than a customer service role. You'll become the central link between customers, sales, logistics and global supply teams, ensuring every order is managed accurately from enquiry through to delivery.
You'll support a broad network of distributors and B2B customers, process orders within SAP, coordinate with warehouses and international supply teams, manage backorders, provide commercial and product support,



and keep customers informed every step of the way. Working closely with colleagues across Australia, Singapore and Germany, you'll also analyse customer trends, maintain planning schedules, manage customer data and contribute ideas that improve processes and deliver an even better customer experience. It's a busy, varied role where no two days are quite the same.
It's all about... You
You're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You love solving problems, building strong customer relationships and take pride in delivering accurate work the first time. You'll ideally bring experience in customer support, internal sales or order management within a manufacturing, automotive, industrial or distribution workplace, along with solid SAP (or ERP) experience and strong Excel skills. You're organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers as well as internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, initiative and customer-first mindset genuinely make a difference.
