Qualifications & Experience




Previous experience as a plant manager in the concrete industry is highly regarded
Front-end loader experience is desirable
A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a dynamic plant environment
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
Tasks & Responsibilities
Allocating and batching concrete orders according to specified mix designs
Managing raw material inventory and plant supplies
Overseeing plant staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations
Conducting basic plant maintenance and keeping the yard clean and protected
Conduct routine toolbox meetings
