Skills Required
BE HAPPY!
Excellent oral and written communication
Be naturally great with people
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Positive natural sales person - Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required
Strong Leadership of a team - Min 1 yearsexperience in a leadership role required
OR 2 years of just sales experience
Ability to problem solve
Social media savvy (confident on camera)
Fitness Industry experience preferred but not required
The Role
Selling Memberships
Follow daily procedures for club operations
Hitting daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's
Being the fun, engaging, helpful,



and genuine point of contact for our members.
Administration, filing, computer based admin
Contactingmembers by phone, email, and SMS and improving their member experience
Greeting guests to the Club
Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
Showing guests our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits
Follow Club procedures daily basis
Ability to travel between locations
Must Haves:
Current Working with Vulnerable People or Children Check.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current CPR Certificate.
