JN Mousellis Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Plumber, Pipe Layer or Underground Services Worker to join our team.
We deliver a wide range of civil infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory, including subdivisions, water and sewer infrastructure, stormwater, drainage and underground services.
We welcome applicants from residential, commercial, maintenance and civil plumbing backgrounds, as well as experienced pipe layers and underground services workers. Practical experience, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team and is looking for long-term, full-time employment.
The Role




Working as part of our civil crews, your responsibilities will include:
Installing water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure
Laying and connecting underground pipelines and services
Constructing drainage systems, pits and associated infrastructure
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Working safely around excavations, plant and underground services
Assisting with testing, commissioning and pipe inspections
Operating or assisting with underground pipe camera and CCTV equipment
Working alongside excavators, trucks, vacuum trucks and site crews
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety on site
About You
You will bring:
Experience as a plumber, pipe layer or in a similar hands-on construction role
Practical experience with pipes, drainage, water or sewer systems
Current White Card and driver's licence
A strong commitment to safety and quality
A reliable work ethic and the ability to work well in a crew
The following will be highly regarded, but are not essential:
Civil, residential, commercial and maintenance plumbing experience
HR licence and plant tickets
Vacuum truck and pipe camera/CCTV experience
