Mechanical Fitters
to join our team, supporting a leading Australian manufacturing facility. If you have experience maintaining automated production equipment and enjoy fault-finding in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise production downtime
Carry out component replacements, alignments and mechanical rebuilds
Inspect, service and maintain conveyors, palletising and wrapping systems
Complete shutdown and scheduled maintenance activities
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance documentation
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working on:
Foodmach conveyor systems and safety cells
Dan palletisers
SIAT wrapping systems
ABB robotic systems
Devree equipment
Chain-driven pallet conveyor systems
To Be Considered You Will Need:
Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
Be able to work Days, Afternoons and nights
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Experience in manufacturing, processing or automated production environments
Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work safely within a production workplace
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
