The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Algorithms division, a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Chief Algorithms Officer, driving the execution of major initiatives in personalization and ML/AI. This includes representing the CAO in various forums, engaging in technical discussions, and leading the development of current projects.
The role demands a high level of technical fluency, strong commercial instinct, and a proven track record in operational expertise. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving the organization's planning and operational rhythm, maintaining roadmap visibility, and ensuring a strong focus on the highest-impact work. A key aspect of the position is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business, as well as the capacity to operate in an environment of ambiguity with a proactive, high-ownership mindset.




Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy, product, general management, technical program management, or business leadership, with a background in SaaS or product-led organizations. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes technical program management, engineering delivery, consulting, investment banking, or private equity, and will be adept at influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across various business functions. The role is suited to individuals who are highly efficient, proactive, and can seamlessly transition between long-term vision and operational detail.
