Diploma of Hospitality Management plus 3 years experience as a restaurant manager Passionate about food, wine & hospitality. Personable and confident
Self‐motivated, professional and have attention to the 1%'s Team leader and player Strong appreciation of food and beverage trends in Melbourne
High level of presentation and grooming Your key responsibilities will be: Lead by example in a hands‐on role




Lead & support a diverse FOH & BOH Team Work alongside our Operations team Possess excellent guest engagement and service
Robust organisational skills Exude company culture Create and develop menu on a FOH & BOH perspective
Strive to deliver and exceed customer expectations in all aspects, service, atmosphere & value for money Be a huge team player Successful applicants will:
Be provided support from a general and an operational level management team including reservations, accounts & marketing Be provided with a balanced Hospitality lifestyle Have the ability to make a name for yourself on the Mornington Peninsula dealing daily with customers and suppliers alike
