JV Recruitment are currently on the lookout for experienced
Skilled Labourers and Trade Assistants
for ongoing roles at a busy prefab manufacturing facility based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
You'll be working across a clean and well-run
Modular construction facility
. These roles offer steady hours and the opportunity to secure long-term work for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing:
Skilled labouring, framing, and confident use of hand and power tools
Join the cabinetmaking
or assembly
team if you have the relevant experience
Assisting trades
in the workshop and factory floor
Loading/unloading materials and manual handling
Working alongside a friendly and safety-focused team
What we're looking for:
Solid experience on construction sites, prefabrication, or timber manufacturing environments
Previous carpentry, cabinetmaking, joinery,
or structural framing
experience highly advantageous
Reliable, hard-working and able to work full-time hours
Own transport highly desired but not essential
Full PPE required

Ongoing work with full time hours
Day and afternoon shifts available
$***** - $38 per hour + superannuation (casual loading applies for afternoon shifts)
Overtime rates apply
Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
