The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and play a key role in shaping the next stage of our growth.
This is more than a warehouse management role it's an opportunity to lead a high performing team, optimise systems and processes, and influence how our operation delivers exceptional service across multiple divisions. What You'll Be Doing
Lead coach and develop a team across inbound, outbound and inventory functions, creating a positive performance culture.
Take ownership of the day to day warehouse operation, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receiving through to dispatch.
Plan labour and resources to meet changing operational demands while maintaining high levels of productivity service and accuracy.
Drive the continued implementation and optimisation of Odoo leveraging technology to improve efficiency and visibility across the operation.
Establish and embed best practice warehouse processes and standard operating procedures that support consistency, scalability and operational excellence.




Monitor key metrics including inventory accuracy, order fulfilments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead inventory management activities, ensuring stock is accurately received, stored, replenished and transferred between warehouse locations.
Coordinate inbound container deliveries and manage supplier and carrier relationships to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, operational issues and fulfilment errors, implementing solutions that prevent repeat issues.
Manage workforce planning, rostering, timesheets performance and ongoing development to build an engaged and capable and strong team.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs.
Provide regular operational reporting and insights to support informed business decisions and ongoing performance improvements.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations in a fast paced environment.
A team-oriented leadership style with a genuine passion for developing and empowering teams.
Strong operational planning and problem solving skills.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Odoo is highly regarded).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful change.
A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and operational excellence.
