Landscape Architect/Senior Landscape Designer

About the Role
You'll play a key role in creating inspiring outdoor spaces, taking projects from initial concepts through to detailed construction documentation.
Your responsibilities will include
Designing high end residential landscapes and outdoor living spaces
Preparing concept plans, planting plans and detailed construction drawings
Producing high quality 3D models and realistic renders
Meeting with clients and presenting design concepts
Coordinating with consultants, councils and contractors
Assisting with planning and permit applications where required
Working closely with our construction team to ensure designs are delivered to the highest standard
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about landscape design
Ideally you'll have:
A degree in landscape Architecture or Landscape Design
Excellent design and presentation skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Lumion, Escape or V‐Ray will be highly regarded
Excellent planting knowledge and attention to detail
Strong communication and client relationship skills
The ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively within a team
A current Australian drivers licence and full working rights
Experience with swimming pools, council approvals and residential construction documentation will be viewed favourably
