About You
We'd love to hear from you if you're an experienced buyer ready for a bigger category, or a rising buyer ready to step up into full category ownership.
Retail buying experience is essential, ideally in automotive, tools, hardware, or a similarly fast-moving, product-led retail category.
A track record of building ranges, managing supplier terms, and making commercial trade-off calls, whether across a full category or a defined range within one.
Confident, collaborative negotiator who can work cross-functionally to get things done.
Comfortable using sales and category performance data to guide range decisions.
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or equivalent (preferred, not essential).
Exposure to retail systems such as Pronto or similar ERP (SAP/Oracle), Phocas, or comparable category/range planning tools is a plus.
