The Operations & Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the administrative and operational functions of Integrated Ultrasound Education (IUE).
Working closely with the directors and wider team, this role ensures the smooth delivery of ultrasound education programs, clinical services and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day reception and administrative functions of IUE, ensuring efficient office operations and high-quality customer service.
Act as the primary point of contact for student enquiries, providing administrative support throughout the enrolment, training and completion process, including employment reference checks where required.
Maintain accurate records of staff and student competencies, qualifications, assessments and compliance documentation.
Prepare and manage training agreements, learning contracts, onboarding documentation and personnel files for new employees, contractors and students.
Develop, organise and maintain training resources, educational materials and electronic filing systems.
Coordinate educational activities including seminars, workshops,



online learning sessions and staff development programs.
Arrange travel and accommodation logistics for staff, students and contractors as required.
Coordinate internal meetings, Microsoft Teams education sessions and staff social events.
Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, including the creation and scheduling of content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
You will need to demonstrate:

Problem solving ability in long term and "on-the-fly" situations.
A loyal and committed approach to the company and role.
Marketing and basic event planning skills.
Ability to deliver to deadlines for daily, weekly, monthly tasks, reporting and activities.
You will also need to hold a current Drivers Licence and be legally entitled to work in Australia.
