We're growing, and we need someone to help the right families find us.
The Role
Part-time Digital Growth Marketer, ~24 hours per week. Your one metric: Discovery Appointment bookings, tracked weekly on a live dashboard. Everything you do-SEO, social, content, conversion-points toward that number. Once someone books, our midwives take it from there.
What You'll Own
SEO and Google Business Profiles across both clinics
Daily Instagram and Facebook content
Website management and page builds in Squarespace
Weekly funnel reporting with your own analysis and recommendations

We'll support you on AHPRA advertising guidelines, but you need to bring your SEO, data, and digital instincts with you.
