Multi-Site Hospitality Leadership | Coffee Excellence | Guest Experience
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hospitality professional to lead coffee quality, guest experience and front of house standards across a growing multi-site hospitality group.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in operational environments, genuinely loves hospitality and is passionate about developing people.

What do you do?
Guest Experience & Hospitality
Act as the benchmark for guest experience and hospitality standards across all locations
Coach and support venue teams to consistently deliver exceptional service
Oversee guest feedback channels, including Google Reviews and guest complaints
Analyse guest feedback trends and implement strategies to improve the overall guest experience
Support consistency across service standards, team presentation and front of house operations
Coffee Leadership
Oversee coffee quality and consistency across all venues
Train, coach and develop baristas and front of house teams
Support equipment management, maintenance and coffee quality control processes
Participate in coffee roasting operations and continue developing roasting knowledge and skills
Lead beverage innovation and new product development across coffee and drinks offerings
Multi-Site Operations
Work across multiple venues providing operational support, coaching and leadership
Spend approximately 3-3.5 days per week in venues training and assessing teams and operations
Dedicate time to coffee roasting activities
Involvement in administration, planning and guest experience management
Support new venue openings, operational rollouts and future interstate expansion projects
What do you need?
Strong hospitality leadership experience within high-volume, quality-focused venues
Exceptional coffee knowledge and experience working in specialty coffee environments
Proven ability to train, mentor and develop hospitality teams
Experience managing coffee quality, equipment and operational standards
Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences
Experience working across multiple locations
Previous coffee roasting experience is advantageous
A willingness to learn and further develop coffee roasting knowledge
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
