The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, including:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and contractor communication
Lease renewals, arrears and tenancy administration
Attending NCAT hearings where required
Ensuring compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe and related systems
Delivering a high standard of service while managing competing priorities
What You'll Bring




We're looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence.
You'll have:
At least 4 years' experience in residential property management
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Solid knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
