What you will do




Help customers choose the right products and provide knowledgeable, friendly advice.
Support the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Keep the store clean, organised and ready for busy trading periods.
Lead, motivate and support team members during shifts, helping create a positive and accountable team culture.
Handle peak periods with confidence while maintaining strong outcomes for customers and the business.
Assist with stock handling, merchandising and replenishment.
Help drive sales, improve store performance and deliver excellent customer service.
Show initiative by identifying opportunities to improve the store, support the team and build customer loyalty.
Assist with club repairs and alterations where required.
What you will bring
Previous experience in a similar retail, sales or leadership role is preferred, but not essential.
Drive, ambition and a genuine desire to develop your leadership skills.
Initiative, ownership and the confidence to step up when needed.
Availability to work weekends and busy trading periods, with balance built into the roster.
Solid golf knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
A friendly, confident communication style and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers.
A team-first attitude and a commitment to contributing to a safe, enjoyable and successful workplace culture.
