Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with anticipated growth to around ******* properties as the business continues to expand.

The Role
Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy matters
Manage arrears and provide exceptional customer service
About You
Previous Residential Property Manager or Junior Property Manager experience is essential
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Current driver's licence
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
Confidence using property management software and technology
