Full time position
Check daily orders by customer run
Ensuring correct product is packed for each order
Ability to process a different variety of fish species
Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
Exceptional attention to detail
Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift




Requires a very positive knowledge of seafood to understand quality requirements and to visually identify fish and shellfish against order specs.

A strong knowledge in fresh seafood
Ability to work within a fast-paced production team
