The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing a well‐maintained portfolio, with strong administrative support in place to ensure you can focus on delivering value to your clients rather than being consumed by day‐to‐day administration.
Reporting directly to a highly engaged business owner, you will benefit from established systems, clear processes and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of strata schemes – Mixed portfolio of Resi, commercial BMC
Overseeing Schedule B appointments across approximately 45% of buildings
Attending and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Building and maintaining robust relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
Managing client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution
Working closely with dedicated strata assistants to ensure seamless portfolio management
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice
About You:
Previous experience managing a strata portfolio over 5 years
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional, solutions‐focused and commercially minded
Ability to lead with confidence and maintain strong client relationships
