In this role you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional and memorable dining experience.
Preparing, presenting and serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards for quality, hygiene and service excellence.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment, including dining areas, service stations and equipment.
Processing guest orders, payments and billing transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures and RSA requirements.




Supporting team operations by communicating effectively with colleagues, managing stock levels, reporting issues promptly and assisting across food, beverage and kitchen areas as required.
To be successful in this role you must have:
A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and work collaboratively within a team.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service practices, including responsible service of alcohol and compliance with relevant legislation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards.
A commitment to workplace health and safety, company policies, ongoing training and continuous professional development.
