Regional Workforce Management – Beresfield NSW
About the Role
Contract: Casual/Ongoing (potential for permanent).
Pay Rate: $*****/hr + shift loadings.
Shifts: rotating every 2 weeks.
Morning: 6am - 2pm
Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm
Night: 10pm - 6am
Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move, store, and load products
Work on the production line, including packaging and preparing raw materials
Assist with deliveries, basic maintenance, paperwork, and stock records
Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and support the team as needed
Requirements
HR Forklift licence (mandatory)
Comfortable with hands-on production role with solid odours
Full working rights in Australia
Willing to work rotating shifts
Ability to pass a PEM & DNA check, if required
