We're looking for a driven Sales & Leasing Agent to join the team.
The opportunityWork directly alongside Tim Darcy and Andrew Prowse across a broad range of commercial campaigns.
Depending on your experience, you could step straight into managing your own campaigns or build towards that with hands-on mentoring from senior agents active in the market every day.
Day to day, you'll be:Conducting inspections and managing enquiry across active campaignsNegotiating terms with vendors, landlords, tenants and purchasersProspecting and building relationships with investors, owner-occupiers, tenants and developersPreparing submissions, proposals and market appraisalsPutting together marketing packages for some of Geelong's most sought-after assetsManaging pipeline and client relationships through our CRM,
