Who We're Looking For:
We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our successful team at our BeresfieldBranch.
Your Role:
As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.




About You:
You're a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings is essential.
Working hours are Monday and Friday 9am- 5pm and every 2nd Saturday 7:30am-12pm
