Device replacement
We're recruiting aDevice replacement officerto join a Queensland Government ICT team responsible for supporting enterprise desktop environments, hardware lifecycle activities and end user device replacement.
This hands on role involves deploying and supporting desktop and mobile devices, assisting users through device replacements, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping deliver reliable ICT support services across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Deploy, install and replace desktop and mobile devices
Install, configure and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot hardware, software and device related issues
Support operating system deployments and device imagingProvide desktop support and technical assistance to end users
Work within an ITIL based support environment




Travel to sites across Queensland when required
Experience Required
Desktop Support, ICT Support or EUC experience within a large enterprise environment
Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Desktop and laptop hardware support experience
Operating system deployment or device imaging experience highly regarded
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN fundamentals
Experience working within an ITIL based support environment
Experience supporting enterprise ICT environments
