The Role:
Due to the construction workflow within LGA's - Tweed Shire Council and Gold Coast City we are actively seeking both aBuilding Certifier (Level 3)to join our client's team.
About You & Your Responsibilities
Robust understandingof building codes & standards
National Construction Code & BCA
Self-managed to deliveroutcomesto optimum timelines
Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous business improvement
Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team




Ensuring work aligns with the NCC and Australian Standards
Collaborative liaison within office, with builders and contractors onsite
Must hold all qualifications, licences & association memberships relevant to role you apply
Car allowance and fuel card
Mobile phone and laptop
Rostered Day Off (RDO) arrangement - 9 day fortnight
