Hunter Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with ADSSI Limited to recruit a Permanent Full-Time Enrolled Nurse to join their growing Hunter nursing team based in Maitland.
This is an opportunity to step into a rewarding community nursing role where you'll work independently, deliver high quality clinical care and make a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians.
About the Role
Working across the Maitland, Beresfield and Dungog regions, you'll provide frontline nursing care to older Australians living at home, supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
Working under the guidance of an RN, you'll become an integral part of your clients' journey, delivering person centred care while monitoring their health, recognising changes and ensuring they receive the support they need.
You'll work closely with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals and the Support at Home team and the wider ADSSI team to deliver quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
This role gives you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients and provide holistic care that goes beyond clinical tasks.
You'll become a trusted part of their support network while working within a team that genuinely values collaboration, communication and continuous learning.
Delivering community based nursing care
Wound care and dressing management
Monitoring client wellbeing and recognising clinical deterioration




Continence support and routine clinical interventions
Medication related observations within scope of practice
Supporting chronic disease management and healthy ageing
Accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Working collaboratively with RNs and the multidisciplinary team
About You:
Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Community nursing or aged care experience
Sound wound care knowledge and skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Confidence working independently
Ability to recognise and elevate changes in a client's condition
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining qualified boundaries
A genuine passion for supporting older people to live independently
