Know what makes a great online shopping experience?
We're looking for an experiencedeCommerce Specialistto help grow two of the world's leading performance footwear brands,MerrellandSaucony, across Australia and Current Zealand.
Based in either ourSydneyorMelbourneoffice, you'll own the day-to-day trading of our eCommerce sites, bringing new product launches, campaigns and digital experiences to life while helping more people discover the right gear for every run, hike and adventure.
What you'll be doing
Bring new footwear and apparel collections online, ensuring every product looks its best and tells the right story
Execute seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across our websites
Create engaging landing pages and homepage experiences that inspire customers to explore, shop and discover
Partner with our Brand, Marketing and Merchandise teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify opportunities for growth
Continuously improve the customer journey through merchandising, optimisation, A/B testing and UX enhancements
Manage onsite search, navigation and product merchandising to help customers find exactly what they're looking for




Report on trading performance and provide insights that support commercial decision-making
About you
Around 3–5 years' experience in eCommerce, digital trading or online retail
Experience working withShopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Fontis or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of website merchandising, CMS management and digital content
Experience usingGA4, Looker Studio, Hotjaror similar analytics tools
An understanding of CRO, A/B testing and customer journey optimisation
Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and turning ideas into action
Strong reporting skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
