Due to continuous growth they are seeking a Trade Counter Person to join their branch located at Rocklea.
Mon to Fri Roster - No weekend work required
7:30am to 4:30pm
$***** per hour on offer
Casual ongoing position offering full time hours and view to a permanent position

About the Duties:
First point of contact for customers entering the branch
Assisting customers with product enquiries, pricing and availability
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing customer orders




Assisting customers with any issues and providing solutions
Assisting with stock control and inventory enquries
Using SAP program for processing orders, invoicing, stock management and customer enquiries
Branch housekeeping as needed
About You:
Previous experience in customer service, front counter, retail or internal sales
Previous experience processing orders, invoices and purchase orders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport and interact with customers
Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Able to particpate in a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
