We're looking for highly motivated Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our exceptional teams at Ballina, Byron Bay & Lismore and continue our success in the future of car rental.
What is this role all about?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer and Sales Service to ensure the continued growth and long-term success of Hertz, Thrifty & Dollar in the Northern Rivers.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets.
Would suit a person with an outgoing personality and a positive can-do attitude.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to confidently interact with all types of people.
Previous experience in Customer Service or sales; experience in the rental industry an advantage
Work unsupervised and integrate as part of a team
Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Customer Service Representative role:




Create a positive Customer Service experience by greeting and engaging customers
Complete Reservations, Rental & Return transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide overall Customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Complete Administration Duties in a productive and timely manner.
Pay attention to detail.
Computer and Keyboard skills are essential.
Must be willing to continually update skills in Procedures & all types of Technology.
Ability to adapt and be an all-rounder, take on any additional tasks including moving and cleaning vehicles when required.
7-day rotating roster including Weekends / Night-Flights / Public Holidays.
Adapting to flexible/varying work hours in-line with Airport requirements.
Prepared to work at our locations in Ballina, Byron Bay & Lismore.
You must be over 18, hold a C class Driver's License (Green P's will be considered) and have transportation.
Light Rigid Licence (or above) an advantage.
