We're looking for a motivated and reliable Front of House & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our growing team at Essenza Skin & Beauty.
This is an entry-level position, so previous beauty industry experience is not required.
What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, willingness to learn and genuine care for people.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming guests
Answering phones and responding to enquiries
Managing appointments and reception duties
Supporting the operation of our new infrared sauna wellness service
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with room changeovers
Maintaining salon cleanliness and presentation
Stock control and inventory management




Assisting with retail displays and merchandising
Supporting therapists with day-to-day salon operations
Helping ensure every guest receives a five-star experience

Reliable and punctual
Friendly, warm and confident when communicating with people
Well-presented and skilled
Organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
