Ron Finemore Transport is seeking a motivated Recruitment Administration Officer to support the recruitment and onboarding of Heavy Vehicle Drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone screens of applicants
Coordinate assessments including drive-tests, pre-employment medicals and National Crime Checks
Accurate data entry and maintenance of applicant records
Prepare recruitment documentation, organise and book inductions, accommodation and travel
Raise purchase orders & prepare reports
Provide general admin support to the team
About You

You are organised, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Specifically:
You're happy tomake and take phone callsand feel confident communicating with people.
You havestrong written and verbal communication skills.
You canmultitask effectivelyand work across multiple IT systems, software platforms, and databases.
You havefast and accurate data entry skills.
You're proficient inMSOutlook, MS Excelor online spreadsheets.
You'rereliable, proactive, and tenacious, enjoying getting the job done while helping others succeed.
Ideally you haveadministration experience— in afast-paced or high-volume environment, such as recruitment, HR, call centre, customer service, or scheduling roles.
