We've built our reputation delivering industrial services across Tasmania's aluminium smelters, ports, contaminated waste management, environmental remediation and other high-risk industrial environments—where safety, compliance and reliability are non-negotiable.
Now we're expanding into South-West Victoria.
We're not looking for someone to walk into an established office.
We're looking for the right person to help establish it.
This isn't a typical Branch Manager role.
Before we lease a yard, buy equipment or hire staff, we want the right person involved.
You know this market.
You know who's doing valuable work.
You know who's overloaded.
You know who's impossible to deal with.
Together we'll build the branch around the opportunities you know exist—not around decisions already made in Tasmania.
You'll have the backing of an established business with proven systems, compliance, finance, insurance, plant and operational support, while having genuine input into how the South-West Victorian branch develops.

Which industries and services we launch with
Which clients we target first
What equipment we invest in
Which people join the team
How quickly we expand
Our first priority is heavy industry because that's where we already know we can compete.
Including:
Aluminium and smelter services
Ports and wharf operations
Shutdown and maintenance support
Processing facilities
Energy and industrial infrastructure




Environmental and contaminated waste services
Industrial remediation
Plant and equipment hire
As the branch grows, you'll help shape where it goes next.

We're looking for someone with established credibility across South-West Victorian industry.
Someone who gets calls returned.
Someone who understands how work is won, priced and delivered.
Someone with the commercial judgement to know which opportunities are worth pursuing—and which aren't.
