We are seeking an exceptional Educational Leader to join our Enoggera service.
This is a permanent position, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered for the right person.
This is anon-contact leadership role,providing the time and opportunity to work alongside educators, mentor practice, inspire inquiry and build a culture of continuous reflection and professional growth.
As one of our Franchisor-operated services, Enoggera offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced Support Office team.
You'll receive ongoing mentoring, coaching and professional development while contributing to innovative curriculum work across Mother Duck.
For educators with aspirations beyond pedagogical leadership, this role also provides genuine pathways into senior leadership and future franchise ownership.
What you'll do
At Mother Duck, the role ofEducational Leader iis known as our Pedagogical Coordinator because we believe true pedagogical leadership extends beyond curriculum oversight.
It is about walking alongside educators, inspiring inquiry, building capability and creating a culture where reflective practice flourishes.
As our Pedagogical Coordinator, you'll be more than an Educational Leader.




You'll be a mentor, coach, critical friend and collaborator.
You'll walk alongside educators as they reflect, question, experiment and grow.
You'll help create environments where children experience belonging, agency, curiosity and joy, while empowering educators to continually strengthen their practice and deepen their understanding of contemporary pedagogy.
You'll lead curriculum with intention, ensuring our philosophy, Ways of Being and Doing, and commitment to children's rights are visible in everyday practice.

We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Has experience leading curriculum and mentoring educators
Is passionate about inquiry, reflection and contemporary pedagogy
Understands the National Quality Framework, EYLF and current research
Builds authentic relationships with children, families and educators
Inspires others through coaching, encouragement and collaboration
Believes every child deserves educators who are continually learning and growing
