The Role
This is afull-time, in office positionbased at ourCooroyfacility,



working as part of our high-performing paint shop team.
You will play a key role in supporting our growing fleet and ensuring operational capability through hands-on, workshop-based work.
Responsibilities
Preparation of metallic and composite surfaces prior to coating
Sub-assembly of parts and some components prior to coating
Mix and apply primers and paint to aircraft surfaces in line with specifications
Document and maintain accurate records of all work completed
Maintain paint shop equipment and materials, including ordering consumables
Ensure all work is compliant with prescribed specifications, meets safety standards, and is completed to the highest quality
About You
Cert III Aircraft Surface Refinishing orCert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent trade experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Motivated to perform in a disciplined, safety-focused aviation environment
Proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing operation
