Associate Sales Representative – Joint Replacement - Mid North Coast, NSW At Stryker, we're driven to make healthcare better.
We're looking for a Sales representative, known in our business as Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team supporting the Mid North Coast region of NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who's keen to build a long-term career in medical device sales, working with advanced technology including Mako.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex systems, and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments.
You'll be supported by an experienced team and leaders who are invested in your development, while being encouraged to take ownership of your learning and performance.
This role covers Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Grafton.
In a week, you will spend 3 days in Port Mac, 2 days in Coffs Harbour and once a month in Grafton.
Ideally you will live in Port Mac but you can be based in Coffs.
Whilst this role requires a lot of driving, the case load will be less compared to metro hospitals.
What you'll do Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement proceduresLearn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgeryProvide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teamsBuild strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staffWork closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategiesContribute to account planning and track performance against goalsPrepare for cases, manage instruments, and support accurate set logisticsStay across new technologies, techniques,



and industry developments Who you are Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quicklyComfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidentlyExperience creating, planning, and executing structured plansHungry to succeed and motivated by progress and resultsStrong at building rapport and influencing othersComfortable spending time in theatre environmentsBackground in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare, or sales is highly regarded Why Stryker?
