This is a B2B outbound role at heart, you'll be the first voice prospective clients hear from us, generating the leads and opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline.

About the Role
As our Client Solutions Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our sales pipeline - proactively reaching out to prospective clients and decision makers, qualifying opportunities, and setting our sales team up for success.
This is a hybrid role based in Brisbane, offering the flexibility to work both from home and our office, with a market-competitive salary plus bonus structure that rewards results.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and key decision makers
Qualifying leads against our agreed criteria




Booking and coordinating site meetings for the sales team
Following up on referrals and inbound enquiries
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records and contact information
Managing follow-up activity and nurturing prospective clients through the pipeline
Reporting on pipeline activity and key performance metrics
Feeding customer insights and market intelligence back to management

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B sales support
A confident, professional phone manner and strong written communication skills
Comfortable working to activity and conversion targets
Highly organised, with great attention to detail in CRM management
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
