This role supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The Sales Co-ordinator assists with order processing, scheduling installations or service calls, and coordinating with technical and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Daily responsibilities include updating sales reports, following up on leads, preparing sales documentation,



and communicating with customers to provide timely information and support.
The role also involves contributing to sales process improvements and supporting promotional activities as needed.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in sales administration tasks, including CRM data entry, order processing, and preparation of quotes, proposals, and invoices.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Comfort with office technology and software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets), and willingness to learn industry-specific systems.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and strong teamwork skills.Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support roles is preferred, ideally within technology or office solutions industries.Relevant vocational training or a certificate/diploma in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
