About the Role
The Implementations Lead is a senior member of the Implementations and Onboarding Team, providing operational support to the Implementations and Onboarding Manager while taking ownership of the successful delivery of complex and strategic client implementations. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard, while maintaining a strong focus on client experience, operational excellence, and risk management.
Although the role does not have direct people management responsibilities, the Implementation Lead provides coaching, mentoring, and guidance to Implementation Specialists. They promote consistent implementation methodologies, encourage best practice, support capability development, and act as the primary escalation point for complex implementation issues.
About You
Provide qualified customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.




Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Work independently and make sound decisions without requiring close supervision.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and use practical thinking to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring work is accurate and completed correctly.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
2 to 3 years in complex implementations, desirably travel industry
At least an intermediate level of knowledge specifically on Sabre, Tramada & online booking tools gained through relevant role experience, or the ability to quickly acquire such knowledge
An understanding of the interdependence of CTM's products/systems and how they interrelate.
