The Position
If you're a digital marketer who is enthusiastic to see your work directly impact results then this position is for you!
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working in a team of marketing professionals, you will translate brand and campaign strategy into high-performance digital activity; paid media, email automation, SEO, reporting and analytics.
This is a role that will allow you to truly influence campaigns that drive growth.
APC is genuinely investing in its long-term future – new products, new markets, and a marketing function that leads, not just follows.
In the first 12 months, you'll have taken ownership of paid campaigns across Meta and Google, tightened up conversion tracking and built email journeys that convert leads into customers on autopilot;
Deliver well structured, continuously optimised campaigns
Apply a structured testing approach to improve conversion rates to lower acquisition costs and increase ROI
Build the tracking and reporting infrastructure that can be trusted for decision-making and guides future investment
Develop your SEO expertise while shaping how a market leader shows up organically




Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter and adapt to future enhancements
Your Background
Paid media expertise (Meta & Google)
Proficiency in EDM creation and marketing automation platforms
A solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO
AI fluency – genuine appetite to keep learning as tools evolve
Strong time management with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Adaptable and flexible
Able to work collaboratively
