THE POSITION
Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
Stock control and rotation as laid out in site procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S;
Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
Positive attitude and with a view to progressing in a culinary career
