Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you'll lead change, communication, training, and readiness activities across Asset & Inventory Management and the broader SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments
Business readiness planning and delivery
Communications strategy and campaign development




Training needs analysis and learning support
Change Network coordination
Cutover, go-live and post-implementation support
SharePoint content management
What We're Looking For
7+ years' experience in change management, communications and business readiness
Strong ERP transformation experience
SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project exposure
Asset Management or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement across large organisations
Experience working within agile delivery environments
Nice to Have
Prosci, CCMP or similar Change Management certification
