About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bobcat/Plant Operator to join our Operations Team on a permanent basis.
You will report to the Works Supervisor and be responsible for the operation of Bobcats & other plant, and support our Asphalt and Stabilising operations in daily jobs on site.
You must be willing to learn the relevant machines and techniques involved in road construction with on-the-job training provided.
Mainly local work but must also be willing to travel and stay away on occasion.

Full-Time Wage - $******* hr + super (depending on experience and licenses)
Specific duties will include (but will not be limited to)
Bobcat & plant operations
Support the Asphalt and Stabilising Operations in office
Truck driving
Experience in Bobcat operations, including bucket, broom, and profiling attachments - wheeled and/or tracked bobcats.
Minimum 1-2 years of Bobcat operating experience required.
HR Truck Licence (preferably Road Ranger exp.).
Sound communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Physically fit - participate in manual labour.
Self-motivated and positive.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team.
Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required.
Current White Card certification must be held.
Experience in Stabilising with pulverisor/road stabilising machines.
HC Truck Licence.
Mechanical aptitude.
Civil construction knowledge.
