A wonderful opportunity has become available for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Educator to join our warm and welcoming team at Kids Paradise Long Street.
Kids Paradise Long Street is a family owned and operated early learning service that has proudly supported children and families since ****. We are a 60-place centre providing high-quality, play-based education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, including registered 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs.

Our service upholds the Victorian Child Safe Standards and promotes a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse or harm. All educators are expected to actively contribute to creating a culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children and families. Professional conduct, respectful communication, ethical behaviour and positive role modelling are essential expectations of all team members.
All educators at our service hold or are actively working towards relevant qualifications and mandatory certifications, including First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, Child Secure Training and Working With Children Checks.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative educator who has:
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Child Safe Standards
The ability to work positively within a team environment
Strong relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
A commitment to implementing service policies, procedures, and professional standards
A genuine passion for early childhood education and ongoing professional growth
An open mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and reflective practice
A strong understanding of professional boundaries, educator conduct expectations, and child safe practices
Pre-requisites:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience in a similar role is desirable
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) & Victorian Police Check
Completion of mandatory Child Protected Training or willingness to complete prior to commencement
