We're looking for a motivated
Swimming Pool & Spa Technician
to join our growing team servicing pools and spas across the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Previous industry experience is highly regarded, but it isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person.
We believe attitude is far more valuable than experience. Skills can be taught. A positive attitude can't.

Aqua Pool & Spa Specialists has proudly serviced the Mornington Peninsula for over 15 years, providing professional pool and spa maintenance, repairs and equipment installations.

About the Role
As a Swimming Pool & Spa Technician you'll be trained to confidently perform:
Pool cleaning and water balancing to a high standard
Installation of pumps, chlorinators, filters, heaters and associated equipment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool and spa equipment
Equipment repairs, including pumps, chlorinators and robotic cleaners
Green pool recoveries
Identifying opportunities to improve customers' pool systems
Every day is different, with a great mix of technical work,



customer interaction and problem-solving.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who:
Has pool industry experience (preferred but not essential)
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Is physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg
Has outstanding attention to detail
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is reliable, honest and professional
Enjoys learning and developing new skills
Can work independently while contributing positively to a team
Has strong problem-solving abilities
Takes ownership and accountability for their work
Enjoys working outdoors and being active
Most importantly, you'll enjoy working with people and be willing to roll up your sleeves and support both your teammates and customers.
