We are looking for an onsite Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving digital performance, and scaling our brand presence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on digital marketer who thrives on data, optimisation, and turning insights into measurable business growth.
You will work across paid media, website performance, CRM, and agency partnerships to deliver campaigns that attract, engage, and convert families.
The Opportunity
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.
You will combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to improve campaign results, increase leads, and enhance the customer journey.
You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and support MindChamps' mission of reaching more families.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, paid search, display, and other digital channels
Drive customer acquisition strategies focused on lead generation, conversion, and ROI improvement
Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve results
Partner with external agencies to manage, optimise,
and scale digital campaigns
Work closely with website teams to improve user experience, conversion rates, landing pages, and customer journeys
Support CRM initiatives including lead nurturing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing
Monitor key performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and campaign profitability
Conduct testing and optimisation across creative, messaging, audiences, and channels
Collaborate with content, brand, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives
About You
You are a performance-driven marketer who loves seeing the impact of your work.
You enjoy testing ideas, analysing data, and finding new ways to improve results.
You will bring:
4-5 years Proven experience in performance marketing management, digital acquisition, or growth marketing
Strong experience managing or optimising Google Ads campaigns
Experience working with digital agencies and managing agency relationships
Understanding of website optimisation, landing pages, analytics, and conversion funnels
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution
