Dental Prosthetist
to join our team.

About the Role
Working closely with our dentists, management team, and laboratory staff, you will contribute to the day-to-day laboratory workflow while helping expand our implant and restorative laboratory services.
This role offers the opportunity to:
Fabricate high-quality dental prostheses using traditional and digital techniques
Develop and expand our in-house implant prosthetic services
Work with CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and modern dental technologies
Collaborate closely with dentists during treatment planning and complex restorative cases
Help improve laboratory systems, workflows, and efficiency
Train and mentor future laboratory team members as the department grows




Assist with front reception and basic administrative duties when required
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, repair, and manage dental prostheses to a high clinical standard
Construct implant-supported restorations and removable prostheses
Work closely with clinicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
Maintain accurate records and quality control standards
Keep the laboratory organised, clean, and operating efficiently
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support the growth and development of the in-house laboratory
About You
You are a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Prosthetist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of something bigger.
Essential
Qualified Dental Prosthetist
Minimum
2 years' experience
Experience with
CAD/CAM
technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to learn reception and administrative duties when required
Desirable
Experience with implant prosthetics
All-on-4® / All-on-6® experience
Ceramist experience
Orthodontic appliance experience
3D printing or digital workflow experience
Experience mentoring or training others
