We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and professional Executive
Assistant to support our hospital CEO and Director of Clinical Services commencing mid-August ****.
We are looking for a high performing professional who is outcome driven with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will require a flexible approach to manage a varied workload with a strong responsiveness and attention to detail to succeed in this fast-paced role.
This position will be job-share, providing a lifestyle balance, working a minimum 32hrs per week.
Other key tasks within this position will include:
Providing confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information
Managing VMO credentialing
Facilitating recruitment/onboarding activities
Compliance documentation and database management
Planning and coordinating staff and key stakeholder events & programs
Facilitating Ramsay initiatives and special projects as required
Maintaining staff and doctor records & files
Acting as a liaison between the executive team and key internal & external stakeholder, including staff, medical practitioners and other organisations
Preparing agendas and accurately maintain minutes and records for events and scheduled meetings
Facilitating service agreements
About you
The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills and will pride themselves in delivery of quality administrative outputs.
Your highly developed interpersonal skills provide a service-orientated professional experience with key stakeholders.
Other key attributes include:
Exceptional IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to embrace new technology




Advanced written and verbal communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
Ability to work under pressure with high prioritisation skills
Good at 'managing up' and strong influencing skills
Well-presented and reliable
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
Collaborative and positive team member
