About the Role
Provide high-quality nursing care within a residential aged care facility in Gladstone, Queensland. You will deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting residents, families, and the wider clinical team in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key responsibilities
Deliver protected, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes
Manage wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical reviews




Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care StaffMaintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Liaise with GPs, families, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes

482 Visa Sponsorship - Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for 482 sponsorship, international applicants must meet the following requirements:
Current Registered Nurse qualification equivalent to Australian standards
Eligible for AHPRA registration (or currently in the process of registration)
Minimum 1-2 years' recent clinical experience in aged care, acute care, or hospital settings
Demonstrated English language proficiency (IELTS/OET or equivalent as per visa requirements)
Ability to meet Australian Department of Home Affairs 482 visa requirements
Strong clinical competence in aged care nursing practice
