D'Orsogna Ltd has been established for over 75 years and is a recognised market leader manufacturing quality continental gourmet meats, hams, bacon and smallgoods.
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a suitably qualified multi skilled ProductionSupervisor and Assistant Production Supervisor reporting to the Operations and Production Manager to join and assist lead our manufacturing team based in Mickleham Victoria.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in production management/supervision with a focus on bacon and ham production in raw area so experience in smallgoods manufacturing highly desirable.
The candidate be available to work on a flexible roster when required which may include weekends.
The successful applicant will also possess:-
Experience with trouble shooting and problem solving
The flexibility in regards to working hours which will include working weekends
Able to work with raw pork and other proteins




The expertise and right attitude to contribute effectively to the Manufacturing Team with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to assist the Operations Manager with people management and training
Promote and assist to monitor quality and safety standards
High level of numeracy and literacy skills to assist with manufacturing reporting
Permanent Residency Status

Previous food industry experience and knowledge of food manufacturing and meat manufacturing equipment would be a distinct advantage.
